Behavioral Health Facility | Interior Renovation | 16 Beds | Completed 2019

McCleary, WA This new facility will deliver local, community centered recovery care. The project consisted of transforming an outdated and neglected 24 bed acute care hospital for use as a 16-bed contemporary model evaluation and treatment facility. Upgrades to all building systems were required to bring the building in compliance with current codes. Interior upgrades were necessary to meet behavioral health requirements as well as renovations to create the necessary mix of private and semi-private resident rooms, day rooms, consult and group therapy rooms and clinical and administrative support spaces. The existing ambulance canopy is incorporated as part of the secured outdoor resident space, providing both covered and uncovered activity space.
