NAGOYA, JAPAN  KMD designed this 60,000 SF luxury retirement community to encourage active life-styles for its elderly residents. The 41 two-bedroom units occupy two five-story buildings that surround a central courtyard. The courtyard promotes social interaction, offering al fresco dining, a waterfall, a reflecting pond and garden areas.
