SHANGHAI, CHINA KMD was selected as the result of an international design competition to design the new eight-story 240,000 SF Shenergy Group Headquarters in Shanghai, China. The project features highly sustainable design elements incorporating KMD’s research on sustainability and productivity reaching the equivalent of LEED Gold.
